LG's V40 flagship smartphone has already been updated to Android 9.0 Pie in the United States, so those who bought it are now looking forward to another major update, Android 10. Realistically speaking, there's little chance that the unlocked LG V40 ThinQ will receive an Android 10 update this year, let alone the carrier-bounded models.
