August 23rd is the official release date for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ in the U.S. and for other countries. But that doesn't mean that the model you pre-ordered will arrive on that date. XDA's Max Weinbach shared via a tweet today some bad news; the unlocked 256GB Galaxy Note 10+ he ordered isn't expected to arrive until September 4th.
