I bought knee pillow a week ago and it works just as I wanted. I’ve recently been diagnosed with Restless Leg Syndrome and by laying on my back I can alleviate pain from the RLS. However, lying on my back causes some discomfort in my lower back. I just put the pillow under my knees and it solved that problem immediately. I was using just a standard pillow under my knees but I wrestled with it all night. This one moves with me and doesn’t fight with the sheets. The quality of the pillow seems great as well. I haven’t yet removed the pillow case to wash but it appears that won’t be an issues. I highly recommend this pillow.
