The 2018-released Microsoft Surface Pro 6 is probably the best tablet in the world for productivity, both at home and in the workplace, but 2017's fifth-generation Surface Pro is not too far behind, at least in terms of value for your money. After all, the two look pretty much identical on the outside, and although the newer model obviously packs a faster processor, the older version is certainly no slouch either.

At the right price, the Surface Pro (5th gen) might even be considered a smarter buy than its successor, despite the frequent discounts recently offered by Microsoft ...
