
Apple today released iOS 12.1.2, a minor update that exterminates some bugs for iPhone users. According to the changelist, the update takes care of an issue that prevents some users from activating the eSIM inside their iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max or iPhone XR. Once activated, the embedded eSIM combines with the regular SIM card slot to provide dual SIM functionality for these models. That means that users, if they wish, can have two separate lines on their iPhone (imagine one for home and the other for business).
