FCC's $1.89 billion plan to rip and replace Huawei's gear from rural networks opens next month

Starting on October 29th and lasting through January 14th of 2022, eligible rural carriers can apply to receive a share of $1.89 billion from the FCC to rip out and replace Huawei and ZTE gear from their networks.
