Samsung will bring four new ISOCELL camera sensors to upcoming smartphones

four new ISOCELL camera sensors with ISOCELL Plus and Smart ISO technology on board. The new lineup consists of a 108-megapixel (Mp) ISOCELL HM2, 64Mp ISOCELL GW3, 48Mp ISOCELL GM5, and 32Mp ISOCELL JD1. Samsung has shrunk the size of those sensors by opting for a slightly smaller pixel size - 0.7μm vs 0.8μm in the previous generation. By doing this, the Korean company was able to reduce the overall size of the sensors by 15%, and also make the new camera modules 10% shorter.
