Android 11 Developer Preview goes live (except not really)

The team at Android always releases a devs-only preview for each new version of the operating system, but it’s a tad early for Android 11’s preview—which is why it was so surprising when the Android 11 Developer Preview page went live on Google (but less so when it vanished soon after).

As spotted, the dev page went live today before quickly being taken down. The page seemingly offered a working preview to offer for Pixel devices, but none of the links or downloads were actually functional.
