All the smartphone announcements worth paying attention to in September 2019

As the summer comes to an end, we’re preparing for this year’s second smartphone release season. Last year October was the busier month in that regard, but it seems in 2019 most manufacturers prefer to start things rolling as early as possible. Let’s see what we can expect to see in the next 30 or so days:
