Apple's cheapest iPad to get a 10.2" display upgrade, all iPhones to lose 3D Touch this fall

Apple's most affordable, 2018 iPad is apparently due for a refresh, if a new report from Taiwan is to be believed, and the screen size is said to grow from 9.7" to 10.2". While half an inch difference may not sound like much, it would most likely mean a different body, too, as either the bezels will be slimmed down, or the whole device will grow in size. 

Something tells us that Apple would choose the first approach, and, given that the iPad now starts from $329, a more elegant design at this price point would certainly be welcome. Mass production is slated for as soon ...
