
Yesterday, the Trump administration gave Huawei a temporary license allowing it to source parts and components from U.S. firms for three months. Just last Thursday, the company and 68 of its affiliates were placed on the Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) Entity list. Companies on the list are prevented from sourcing U.S. components and parts without a license issued by the U.S. government.
