It's legitimately impressive that Samsung has managed to keep the 2016-released Gear S3 smartwatch alive for so long, even after rolling out a Gear Sport in 2017, the stylish Galaxy Watch last year, and a fitness-centric Galaxy Watch Active just a couple of months ago. At the same time, it's objectively ridiculous that the outdated wearable device continues to be regularly priced at $299.99 in a "Frontier" variant at the manufacturer's official US e-store and authorized retailers like Best Buy. 

On the bright side, we've seen the Gear S3 Frontier substantially discounted ...
