How to show the battery percentage on Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+, S10e

Ah, the battery icon — the source of so much anxiety. With our phone screens getting bigger and wider, and the notification slip becoming slim and minimalistic, the icons up there sure look tiny. So tiny, that the battery measure over there is kind of hard to read. “Wait, is that 70% battery? Am I at 40% or 20% now?”.

Thankfully, there's a way to activate an actual percentage that shows you your exact charge right next to the apocryphal battery icon. The percentage reading is off by default, probably to save room up there in the notification bar, but you can very easily turn it on.
