Galaxy S10 forecasts increased as 'differentiation' from iPhone boosts sales

A mention of Ming-Chi Kuo’s name usually means new Apple predictions. Today, however, the analyst is breaking with tradition by providing his sales predictions for another lineup of premium smartphones – the Galaxy S10 series.

Previously, Kuo had estimated Galaxy S10 shipments of between 30 and 35 million units by the end of the year. In light of strong pre-order demand, though, the analyst has now increased his estimates rather drastically to between 40 and 45 million units.
