Technically, the Galaxy Tab S5e that Samsung pretty much unveiled out of nowhere last week is not meant as a replacement for the high-end Galaxy Tab S4. But at a starting price of $400, with a top-notch Super AMOLED display in tow, as well as a fairly respectable processor and an insanely thin profile, the mid-range 10.5-incher makes it painfully obvious that the Tab S4 is a bit on the expensive side.
Then again, Samsung still has a couple more months before planning to actually put the Tab S5e up for sale, during which time the company will try to tempt you into buying ...
