Amazon launches free streaming service IMDb TV on Android and iOS

Eight months after launch, Amazon's free ad-supported streaming service is finally coming to mobile devices, TechCrunch reports. The movie streaming service allows users to watch movies from a large library completely free, which includes TV shows like Fringe, Heroes, The Bachelor and Without a Trace.

Amazon added earlier this summer more video content to IMDb TV after it closed deals with Warner Bros., Sony Picture Entertainment and MGM Studios. Following the announcement, users got access to even more blockbusters like Jerry Maguire, A Knight's Take, The Neverending Story, and Zookeeper.
