Foldable Surface device tipped for 2020 with 9-inch screen and support for Android apps

Remember those cool concept images of what we all hoped would be a foldable Surface Phone from Microsoft? Last summer, the software giant put the so-called Andromeda project on hold although a patent published earlier this year for a hinge left hope that a foldable device might resurface.
