While waiting for the 5G technology of the future to (somehow) revive its slowly dying mobile business, Sony will probably continue to flood the market with overpriced high-end smartphones that are constantly one step behind the competition in terms of design.

Case in point, the Xperia XZ4 that looks pretty good in freshly leaked CAD-based renders... for a 2017 flagship. Of course, this 6.5-inch giant is expected to see daylight at the 2019 Mobile World Congress in February, snubbing both the notch trend and a hole-in-display current that may soon spread like wildfire.
